Leadership Kim Nguyen Zastrow


Kim N. Zastrow Founder, President & CEO of VITESSE Recruiting & Staffing, Inc. (VITESSE), has grown her business from the bedroom of her house into a multi-million dollar enterprise it is today. She keeps her business running efficiently by investing in the latest technology and implementing practical solutions that are in line with the staffing industry's best practices. Kim believes Staffing and Recruiting is a caring business and caring is the first critical qualification that she looks for when she hires internal staff. Through her leadership, VITESSE was named among the Top 500 Asian-Owned and Women Owned Businesses in America for two consecutive years in 2008 and 2009 by DiversityBusiness.com, a selection made out of the review of over 650,000 businesses in the nation. Kim received her Masters in Business Administration (MBA) from Pepperdine University. She is a cancer survivor and long-time continued Supporter of Orange County Rescue Mission, American Red Cross, and American Cancer Association.

    Co-hosted with the Orange County One Stop & OC Business Center in 2005 at the Orange County Fairground with over 85 exhibitors.
  • "The Small Business Exchange/The Southern California Business Matchmaking & Expo"
    Co-hosted with the Asian Business Association of Los Angeles & Joint Utilities in 2007 at the Long Beach Convention Center.
  • "The Small Business Day"
    Chairwoman in 2008 at the DoubleTree Hotel in Orange. This event is a collaboration effort of many organizations & chambers including ABAOC, The Asian Community Development, The US Small Business Administration, The Asian American Business Women Association, OC Chinese - American Chamber of Commerce, The Filipino Chamber of Commerce, the Vietnamese Chamber of Commerce of OC and The OC Business Service Center.
  • "Miss Vietnam San Diego Pageant"
    Pageant Judge in 2010 hosted by The Vietnamese American Youth Alliance.
